POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Support Specialist at CB Canada is empowered to deliver outstanding, professional, and efficient service to all clients in the rental of construction and industrial equipment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and requests to ensure satisfaction. The Customer Support Specialist embodies our commitment to reliability, availability, and ease of service.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or dedicated customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with Wynne or AS400 systems is advantageous.
  • Background in equipment rental or the construction industry is preferred.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in PC systems and typing (CRM, email, chat).
  • Able to support team members in achieving objectives.
  • Knowledge of equipment rental and construction industry practices.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires physical activities such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds or more. The responsibilities may involve working in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, as dictated by job requirements. This description does not encompass all potential duties that may arise in day-to-day operations.
