Your responsibilities


  • The ability to plan, organize, lead, develop and control the company’s resources ensuring
  • that these are optimized and utilized well in accordance with the Company’s objectives
  • Maintain relationships to relevant partners and customers
  • Assist the sales manager, project tracking and preparation of offers
  • Create customer-specific product presentations
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities
  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • Manage agendas/travel/appointments etc. to upper management
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers


Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and travel service providers.
  • Excellent organizational skills in handling travel arrangements.
  • Attention to detail to ensure that travel arrangements are accurate and compliant.
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends, news, and regulations to provide up-to-date information.
