This is not a “fun, chill, relaxing” job. We are looking for someone who can handle the role as owner operators and have a high level of commitment to this job. The job hours are from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed on most working days. This job requires a high attention to detail and an exceptional ability to execute and delegate.

The training provided for the right candidate will be following around the CEO and COO for two weeks and taking note of everything they do.

The right candidate for this job is someone who can handle the day to day tasks that the CEO and COO of MAG Solar are currently doing. This includes oversight on the engineering teams, making sure project coordinators are doing their job, customers are being installed in a timely fashion and being a direct assistant to the CEO and COO.

The right candidate for this role would mean that if the CEO and COO were to take a month vacation, the company would still run smoothly.

Responsibilities • Handle day to day operations that the CEO and COO is currently doing • Screening emails and appointments

Qualifications

Degree is a bonus but not a must
Must be able to to work under serious pressure and deadlines
5 Years Experience being an Executive Assistant
Drivers License
This job is in person at the Mission Head Office
Knowledge in legal, basic bookkeeping, permit processes
English

Compensation
Base Salary of $105,000 plus bonuses up to $25,000 per year based on performance and revenue targets.
