Job Summary

Coast Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our organization's strategic planning process, provide operational leadership to our senior management team, and serve as a liaison to external stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive Coast Mental Health's growth and success.
  2. Provide operational leadership to the senior management team, ensuring effective implementation of organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including funders, community members, and other partners.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of staff training programs, in collaboration with the Chief Human Resources Officer.
  5. Ensure the continued financial viability of Coast Mental Health's operational units through sound fiscal management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, operational leadership, and stakeholder engagement. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
