Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Executive Assistant Coordinator to join our team at KIDZ HUB EARLY LEARNING CENTRE. This is a permanent, part-time position requiring 30 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective office systems and workflows to support the establishment's operations.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodations, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Working Conditions:

Benefits:
  • Paid salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
