Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid or from-home role for a Tutoring Operation Partner at Tutor My Students - GTA Canada in Ontario, Canada. Our ideal partner has experience in both teaching and management and is eager to take on a hands-on role in expanding and enhancing the business. If you're driven, creative, and ready for a rewarding challenge, we want to hear from you The Partner will be responsible for ensuring the quality of tutoring sessions, customizing sessions to meet the needs of each student, coordinating schedules with tutors and clients, and maintaining relationships with clients and tutors. It's a challenging role, but for those ready to commit, it offers valuable business skills, a supportive network, and strong earning potential.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing, selecting, and leading a team of tutors.
  • Managing the daily operations of a tutoring business in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Networking with schools and educational institutions to build partnerships.
  • Attracting clients through marketing efforts such as signage, school outreach, and events.
  • Handling customer payments and financial transactions.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Participating in coaching sessions and skill-building meetings.
