Job Category Human Resources Target Openings 1 What Is the Opportunity?Learning is essential to everything we do. At Travelers we identify, champion, and deliver optimal learning experiences, strategies, and solutions to meet short- and long-term business goals and objectives. As a Learning Partner you will collaborate with learning teams and subject matter experts on project deliverables to identify, develop, and execute learning solutions that support short and long-term business goals and objectives. You will participate in the analysis, evaluation, and execution of learning strategies. b>
- Conduct learning needs analysis to determine need, scope, and required resources based on business needs.
- Gather and synthesize information and data to identify recommendations for learning solutions.
- Support and inform curriculum development which may include planning, designing, developing, and outlining solutions to learning objectives. li>
- Assist with planning and execution of projects and resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Commercial Underwriting experience a plus.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and summarize data using a variety of tools.
- Experience with writing and developing learning resources.
- Awareness of learning technologies, support systems, and methodologies with the ability to assist with implementation of those technologies.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Two years’ experience in a learning and development, training, design, or business-related field.
