Learning is essential to everything we do. At Travelers we identify, champion, and deliver optimal learning experiences, strategies, and solutions to meet short- and long-term business goals and objectives. As a Learning Partner you will collaborate with learning teams and subject matter experts on project deliverables to identify, develop, and execute learning solutions that support short and long-term business goals and objectives. You will participate in the analysis, evaluation, and execution of learning strategies. b>

  1. Conduct learning needs analysis to determine need, scope, and required resources based on business needs.
  2. Gather and synthesize information and data to identify recommendations for learning solutions.
  3. Support and inform curriculum development which may include planning, designing, developing, and outlining solutions to learning objectives. li>
  4. Assist with planning and execution of projects and resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
    1. Bachelor’s degree.
    2. Commercial Underwriting experience a plus.
    3. Ability to analyze, interpret and summarize data using a variety of tools.
    4. Experience with writing and developing learning resources.
    5. Awareness of learning technologies, support systems, and methodologies with the ability to assist with implementation of those technologies.
    6. Demonstrated project management skills.
      1. Two years’ experience in a learning and development, training, design, or business-related field.
