RaisaHR is a human resources and recruitment consultancy in Canada. We are a small team that works with small and medium sized businesses in a variety of industries (Marketing, Manufacturing, Not-For-Profit, Media and Entertainment, etc.).


We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of HR experience to support the team with HR and Talent Acquisition projects.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Screen and sorting CVs
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Conducting screening calls with candidates
  • Writing reports and providing advice on HR and recruitment matters
  • Researching employment standards and best practices across Canada and the US
  • Drafting policies and employee handbooks
  • Implementing HR processes and systems
  • Other duties as required.


This is a part-time, full-remote role and selected candidates will be considered freelancers, with possibility for becoming an employee in the future.


Requirements:

  • Must be fully bilingual (English and French)
  • Must be located within Canada
  • Must have legal authority to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship will be provided)
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in HR and/or recruitment functions

Il s'agit d'un poste à temps partiel, entièrement à distance, et les candidats sélectionnés seront considérés comme des pigistes, avec la possibilité de devenir employés à l'avenir.


Exigences :
