Asa Corporate Secretary you will manage the company s corporaterecords ensure compliance with statutory and regulatoryrequirements and handle corporate governance matters. You willprepare and maintain documentation for board meetings shareholdercommunications and regulatoryfilings.


KeyResponsibilities:
  • Maintainand organize corporate records including minutes resolutions andlegaldocuments.
  • Ensurecompliance with statutory and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Preparedocumentation for board meetings and shareholdercommunications.
  • Assistin the implementation of corporate governance policies andprocedures.
  • Liaisewith directors shareholders and regulatory authorities asrequired.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business administration law or a relatedfield.
  • 3years of experience in a corporate secretarial or governancerole.
  • Strongunderstanding of corporate governanceprinciples.
  • Excellentorganizational and communicationskills.
  • Attentionto detail and ability to manage multipletasks.
