As a Corporate Secretary, you will play a critical role in managing the company's corporate records, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and handling corporate governance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation for board meetings and shareholder communications.
  • Assist in the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
