APERÇU DU POSTE

Le spécialiste de l'expérience client s'occupera de toutes les commandes des clients (B2B & B2C). La plupart des commandes sont passées directement sur le site web de la société. Les commandes peuvent également provenir d'emails/fax. Le spécialiste devra gérer un faible volume d'appels téléphoniques. Au cours des premières semaines, il ne s'occupera que de la saisie des données et se familiarisera avec le système et le travail. Après cette période, ils poursuivront leur formation pour les commandes et commenceront à traiter les appels téléphoniques et les demandes de dialogue en ligne des clients et des services internes.

RESPONSABILITÉS

- Traiter les nouvelles commandes des clients dans notre système et dans le système de notre société de logistique afin d'assurer l'expédition des marchandises.

- Suivi de tous les courriels entrants.

- Communiquer avec les clients ; statut de leurs commandes, questions, plaintes, demandes, etc.

- Créer des RMA (Return Merchandise Auth) et suivre toutes les tâches liées au processus RMA (approbation du retour, émission du RMA, création de l'étiquette de retour avec Postes Canada, remise d'une copie à notre destinataire, etc.)

- Créer de nouveaux comptes clients/ouvertures de magasins.

- Répondre aux questions dans notre fenêtre Live Chat pendant les heures de travail sur ordinateur.

- Traiter les commandes de produits en vrac qui sont fabriqués sur commande (saisir la commande, transmettre les informations au département de production, facturer une fois expédié et envoyer la facture au client par courriel).

- Traitement des commandes reçues par Amazon (connexion à notre compte Amazon, impression des commandes, préparation et expédition par Postes Canada, confirmation du numéro de suivi et de la date d'expédition sur le site d'Amazon).

- Saisir les notes de crédit et de débit des clients lorsque cela est nécessaire.

- Travailler en équipe et apporter son soutien, le cas échéant, à l'équipe du service clientèle.

- Expérience de Sage ERP 

- Connaissance des huiles essentielles - une formation sera dispensée mais une expérience et une compréhension des différences entre les huiles essentielles sont préférables.
