This pivotal role will directly support two financial advisors in overseeing operations, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to the continued growth of our organization.

**Administrative Assistant**
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate fluency in both French and English while efficiently handling incoming calls, providing information, recording messages, scheduling appointments, and transferring calls as needed.
- Operational Excellence: Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that processes run seamlessly.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain meticulous records for both client and business files, adhering to all compliance regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, consistently upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
- Document Management: Ensure comprehensive and compliant documentation of all interactions with clients.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training initiatives to enhance job-related knowledge and skills, supported by sponsored educational opportunities.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate in coordinating and managing marketing activities on behalf of our office and advisors to bolster our presence and growth.
- Business Development Support: Assist in devising and executing business development strategies, communications, marketing campaigns, and events as required.
- Efficient Processes: Handle account opening documents, maintain accurate data within our client relationship management software (CRM), and manage incoming and outgoing mail while ensuring timely client correspondence.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Tech Proficiency: Profound competence in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to personalized client interactions, catering to special requests and occasions.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Exhibit initiative, critical thinking, and exceptional client service skills.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
