As BIS IT PMO Project Control Officer, you will be part of a team interfacing with all areas of Bombardier and as such you will support several projects and/or programs with a delivery and efficiency / accuracy mindset. You will also be involved in various types of projects related initiatives.

In your role, you will be Responsible to:

- Support financial reporting and financial analysis within the Project Management Office team for IT projects (BIS PMO).
- Support project review boards, monthly cost review and other project portfolio meetings.
- Produce various reports on project health status (financial, status reports, etc) to assist with KPI tracking.
- Assist in ensuring rigor in various internal processes (project management, financial, other)
- Analyze and manipulate large amounts of data in order to propose improvement opportunities
- Provide ad-hoc support to management team on an as-needed basis.
- Manage the requests for access and materials and contract renewals.
- Support the procurement process for IT Projects and ensure proper follow up.
- Support and train project managers and trainees on project methodology (PMF).
- Support IT programs and projects into tasks planning and budget forecasts.

**Qualifications**
- You have 5 years minimum experience in IT project control and experience in accounting, finance, project management or IT management.
- You are autonomous, organized and have strong analytical skills.
- You are fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- You have strong knowledge of MS Project Online, MS Excel and Office suite.
- You have knowledge of Sharepoint, SAP and Buy Now (Ariba) an asset.
- You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material.
- You are proactive in identifying and validating consistencies and accuracy of financial information.
