**Job Description**:
Within the Air Transat Chief Pilot's team, the Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smoothness of communication, information management, and high-level administrative support.
- Actively support the Chief Pilot, Base Managers, and Chief Technical Pilot in their administrative tasks and communications.
- Manage and prioritize the team's shared mailboxes.
- Ensure the taking, organizing, and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Oversee internal document management and maintain up-to-date procedures.
- Work closely with other members of the administration team regarding any pilot-related queries.
- Manage access to internal systems.
- Organize and coordinate events.
- Write, revise, and translate documents in French and English.
- Develop and adapt work procedures to optimize team efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical diploma in office administration or equivalent.
- Familiarity with recent technologies, including Teams, Office, and cloud computing.
- Experience in aviation, mainly with flight operations.
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting management.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
