1. Tester - Level 3

• 120 months of experience as a Tester within the past 15 years.
• 96 months of experience conducting manual and automated testing.
• 96 months of experience in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.
• 60 months of experience with load and performance testing.

2. Tester - Level 2

• 60 months of experience as a Tester within the past 10 years.
• 60 months of experience in conducting manual and automated testing.
• 60 months of experience in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.

3. Web Designer (UX Designer) - Level 3

• 120 months of experience as a Web Designer (UX Designer) within the past 15 years.
• 96 months of experience designing user-centered solutions using user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• 96 months of experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop a cohesive user experience strategy.
• 60 months of experience with user interface (UI) design and accessibility considerations.

4. Web Designer (UX Designer) - Level 2

• 60 months of experience as a Web Designer (UX Designer) within the past 10 years.
• 60 months of experience designing user-centered solutions using user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• 60 months of experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop a cohesive user experience strategy.

5. Web Developer - Level 3

• 120 months of experience as a Web Developer within the past 15 years.
• 96 months of experience with front-end and back-end web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks.
• 96 months of experience in developing and maintaining responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized web applications.
• 60 months of experience working with databases and server-side technologies.

6. Web Developer - Level 2

• 60 months of experience as a Web Developer within the past 10 years.
• 60 months of experience with front-end and back-end web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks.
• 60 months of experience in developing and maintaining responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized web applications.

7. Web Multi-media Content Consultant (UX Researcher) - Level 3

• 120 months of experience as a Web Multi-media Content Consultant – Level 3 within the past 15 years.
• 96 months of experience as a UX Researcher within the past 15 years.
• 60 months of experience conducting user research activities (e.g., interviews, usability testing, journey mapping).
• 60 months of experience planning, managing, and executing user research studies.

8. Web Multi-media Content Consultant (UX Researcher) - Level 2

• 60 months of experience as a Web Multi-media Content Consultant – Level 2 within the past 10 years.
• 60 months of experience as a UX Researcher within the past 10 years.
• 36 months of experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and accessibility testing.
• 36 months of experience in user research activities, including determining research methods, recruiting participants, and presenting insights.

9. Web Multi-media Content Consultant (Content Designer) - Level 3

• 120 months of experience as a Web Multi-media Content Consultant – Level 3 within the past 15 years.
• 96 months of experience as a Content Designer within the past 15 years.
• 84 months of combined experience in content identification, creation of taxonomies, and designing navigation systems using information architecture best practices.

10. Web Multi-media Content Consultant (Content Designer) - Level 2

• 60 months of experience as a Web Multi-media Content Consultant – Level 2 within the past 10 years.
• 60 months of experience as a Content Designer within the past 10 years.
• 36 months of combined experience in content identification, generating sitemaps, and developing taxonomies or controlled vocabularies.

11. Business Analyst - Level 3

• 120 months of experience as a Business Analyst – Level 3 within the past 15 years.
• 96 months of experience in business analysis of business processes, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements to develop formal documentation, data models, and process models.
• 96 months of experience working collaboratively with project stakeholders, including:
  • Conducting requirements elicitation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitating joint application development (JAD) sessions.
  • Acting as a facilitator during workshops.

12. Business Analyst - Level 2

• 60 months of experience as a Business Analyst – Level 2 within the past 10 years.
• 60 months of experience in business analysis of business processes, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements to develop formal documentation, data models, and process models.
