Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to manage and grow our relationship with the Department of National Defence and the Intelligence space within Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Department of National Defence and Intelligence, its structure, unique challenges, and needs.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and align with our Winning Together values.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Department of National Defence and Intelligence.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned account.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the defence sector.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions that address those needs, leveraging Computacenter's full portfolio of services and products.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Vendors, and Internal Resources to ensure open communications and delivery of contracted solutions to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Department of National Defence and Intelligence, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the IT or defence sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
