Defence Sector Account Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and align with our Winning Together values.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Department of National Defence and Intelligence.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned account.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the defence sector.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions that address those needs, leveraging Computacenter's full portfolio of services and products.
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Vendors, and Internal Resources to ensure open communications and delivery of the contracted solutions to our customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Department of National Defence and Intelligence, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Understand and abide by all security and operational policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the IT or defence sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
