We are seeking a Coordinator, Total Rewards to join our team. This role can be based out of any of our offices nationally .

The Coordinator, Total Rewards, will provide support to our Total Rewards team, with a main focus on payroll and benefits accounting, budget, compensation and HRIS support. A highly detailed, analytical, and organized team player who is able to prioritize and successfully coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate will build strong, effective relationships with all stakeholders while delivering service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Benefits Accounting

Track, prepare, and submit expense requisitions for various third-party providers on a scheduled and ad hoc basis; Assist with wire transfer payment set-up; Preparation of the monthly journal entries and bank reconciliations; Reconciliation of benefit premiums and employee deductions; Reconciliation of all other GL accounts under the responsibility of Total Rewards; Assist with audit requests from internal and external parties; Provide necessary information for the completion of Statistic Canada payroll surveys and other surveys.

Budget Support

Support in the Firm’s annual budget process; Support the preparation and import of employee data into the budget system; Track, prepare and update new-year payroll and benefit rates in the budget system; Provide ongoing support to department leaders on their budget updates and inquiries; Assist in the preparation of preliminary and final budget system reports for department review and signoff; Assist in the preparation of the Total Rewards department budget.

Compensation Support

Track and prepare registration documents and payment for annual compensation surveys; Provide support with the preparation of compensation surveys, including the submission, receipt, filing, and distribution of results; Support the job evaluation process, including collecting job descriptions for new roles and updated versions for existing roles, and assisting in maintaining the database; Annual audit and collection of updated PRM (Professional Role Maturity) and other data from department leaders; Support the annual compensation process at each stage, as needed; Participate in the job architecture project.

HRIS Support

Support the Total Rewards Analyst in operating and maintaining the HRIS system. Including reporting, audits, GL mapping, and back-up support for employee security and system failures.

General Total Rewards and Talent Services Support

Update of all Total Rewards forms and documents annually and throughout the year as needed; Support the Total Rewards team with special projects and overflow work during busy times, and as assigned; Support the Talent Services team with special projects as assigned.

What you'll bring:

Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field; 2-3 years experience in an Accounting related role; Experience working in Total Rewards (Payroll, Group Benefits and/or Compensation) is an asset; Experience working in a professional services environment is preferred but not required; Bilingual (English-French) preferred; Proficient technical skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Experience working with HRIS and Finance platforms with the ability to quickly learn new platforms; Superior attention to detail, accuracy and quality assurance; Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; Proven ability to build and manage positive, collaborative and professional relationships both internally and externally.

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Coordinateur ou d’une Coordonnatrice, Rémunération globale pour se joindre à notre équipe. La personne retenue pourra travailler dans le bureau de son choix .

La personne retenue à ce poste apporte son soutien à l’équipe de la rémunération globale, principalement dans les dossiers portant sur la paie, les avantages sociaux, les budgets, la rémunération et la mise à jour du système d’information sur les ressources humaines (SIRH). La personne retenue à ce poste doit démontrer une exceptionnelle capacité d'analyse et d'organisation, ainsi qu'un excellent esprit d'équipe. Elle doit être apte à établir les priorités avec discernement et à coordonner efficacement plusieurs tâches dans un milieu de travail dynamique et en perpétuelle évolution.

Principales responsabilités :

Paie et avantages sociaux

Assurer le suivi, la préparation et la transmission des demandes de remboursement de frais auprès des divers fournisseurs tiers, de façon régulière ou selon les exigences spécifiques. Aider à la mise en place des paiements par virement bancaire. Effectuer la préparation des écritures comptables mensuelles et assurer les rapprochements bancaires. Effectuer le rapprochement des primes liées aux prestations et des retenues à la source. Effectuer le rapprochement de tous les autres comptes du grand livre général sous la responsabilité du Service de la rémunération globale. Collaborer au traitement des demandes d'audit provenant des parties internes et externes. Veiller à la mise à disposition des renseignements nécessaires à la réalisation des enquêtes sur les salaires et autres études menées par Statistique Canada.

Processus budgétaire

Soutenir le processus budgétaire annuel du cabinet. Contribuer à la préparation et à l’importation des données relatives aux employés dans le système de préparation des budgets. Effectuer le suivi, préparer et mettre à jour les taux liés à la paie et aux avantages sociaux pour la nouvelle année dans le système de préparation des budgets. Fournir un accompagnement constant aux chefs de service pour répondre à leurs besoins en lien les mises à jour budgétaires et leurs demandes de renseignements. Collaborer à la préparation des rapports préliminaires et finaux dans le système de préparation des budgets pour révision et approbation par le service. Participer à la préparation du budget du service de la rémunération globale.

Processus de rémunération

Suivre et préparer les documents d’inscription et de paiement pour les sondages annuels sur la rémunération. Collaborer à la préparation des sondages de rémunération, notamment aux étapes de soumission, de réception, d’archivage et de diffusion des résultats. Soutenir le processus d’évaluation des emplois, notamment en regroupant les descriptions pour les nouveaux postes et les versions actualisées pour les postes existants, et maintenir la base de données à jour. Audit annuel et collecte de données actualisées sur la MRP (Maturité du Rôle Professionnel) et d’autres données auprès des chefs de service. Apporter son soutien à chaque étape du processus de rémunération annuelle, selon les besoins. Jouer un rôle actif dans le projet d'architecture des postes.

Soutien du SIRH

Collaborer avec l’analyste de la rémunération globale à la mise à jour et au maintien du SIRH, notamment en ce qui concerne les rapports, les audits, la cartographie des écritures du grand livre, le soutien à la sécurité des employés et les défaillances du système.

Rémunération globale générale et gestion des compétences

Mise à jour des formulaires et des documents du Service de la rémunération globale chaque année et tout au long de l’année selon les besoins. Soutenir l’équipe de rémunération globale dans les projets particuliers et le surplus de travail pendant les périodes de pointe, et selon les besoins. Soutenir l’équipe de gestion des compétences dans certains projets spéciaux, au besoin.

Ce que vous apporterez à Miller Thomson :

Diplôme en comptabilité, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. 2 à 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un contexte de comptabilité. Toute expérience dans le domaine de la rémunération globale (paie, avantages sociaux et/ou rémunération) est un atout. Expérience de travail dans un milieu de services professionnels souhaitée, mais non exigée. Bilinguisme (anglais et français) souhaité. Bonnes connaissances techniques de la suite MS Office, notamment Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook. Expérience de travail avec le système SIRH et les outils financiers avec facilité d’apprentissage de nouvelles plateformes. Très grand souci du détail et capacité à effectuer un travail de précision et à assurer le contrôle de la qualité. Grande facilité pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication écrite. Capacité avérée à établir et maintenir de bonnes relations professionnelles dans un esprit de collaboration, à l’interne comme à l’externe.
