Posting jobs using our Applicant Tracking System Using Linkedin, Indeed and various online methods to source candidates Conduct and document phone screens and interviews Fully utilize our applicant tracking system for sourcing candidates, creating and maintaining candidate profiles Providing excellent customer service to both job seekers and colleagues Generating reports from our ATS on recruitment activity Handling inquires from the clinics on various recruitment topics such as personality assessments, job posting and offer letter creation

As The Successful Candidate, You Have

Post-secondary education with a business focus 1-2 years experience as junior recruiter or recruitment coordinator Comfortable conducting phone screens and interviews Experience with an Applicant Tracking System Strong skills in MS Office Suite of Products, Zoom and MS Teams A team player with a commitment to the success of the business and colleagues
