**Locations and hours**
- Alberta Food Factory: 1480 28st NE. Calgary. AB T2A 6A2 | Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
**Responsibilities**
The **Customer Service Coordinator** is responsible for order taking, and providing excellent customer service to our clients on the knowledge of our products and assisting them with other support as required.
- Provide courteous and efficient service including accurate order taking to customers tomaximize sales and frequency.
- Complete daily production reports, route reports and customer invoicing for appropriatedepartment leads.
- Coordinate customer inquiries regarding post-sales, non-technical issues, and transfercustomer escalations to Supervisor.
- Assists in the coordination of customer accounts including: outlining product details, pricequotations, product availability and liaison with other departments in account setups.
- Advise customers accordingly of changes/delays including holiday closures, routemodifications, etc.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by manager.
**Qualifications**
- Previous customer service or data entry experience will be an asset
- College diploma an asset
- Have strong communication skills in both oral and written English
- Must be self-motivated and well organized
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic keyboarding skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
