Canadian Hail Agencies Inc., a member of the HUB family, is a crop hail insurance company serving producers in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba since 1995.
As a Seasonal Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for accurate data entry; answering phones; handling of all aspects of the mail system, which consists of receiving, opening and organizing incoming mail and completing mail outs; filing; sorting paperwork; and completing general office duties in a busy office environment.
What you will bring to the role
Superior keyboarding and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Must be well organized and able to multi-task under pressure Must be capable of working with minimal supervision Agricultural background is an asset, but not requiredJob Type: Seasonal
Term: 12 weeks (May 13 – Aug 02)
Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 - Per Hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to FridayLocation:
