An exciting opportunity to work within the Performance Group at Cossette Media. The Performance Group is made up of dedicated subject matter experts (SMEs) who develop and manage world class strategies in Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Programmatic and emerging platforms. Partnering closely and working collaboratively with our Media Planning, Analytics and Insights teams, the Performance Group’s mandate is to drive measurable results to our clients’ businesses. We are product owners and champions. We drive innovation in strategy, testing, measurement and operations. 

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Lead and maintain senior client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and touchpoint strategies Design world class performance media strategies (programmatic, social & search) for a top tier client Proactively exceed performance targets through effective activation strategies, annual roadmaps, test and learn, measurement frameworks  Manage, train and develop a team of high performing individuals  Co-create, develop and iterate our National performance product Partner effectively with Google, Bing, Amazon, Meta, TTD, MIQ, Quantcast and other partners  Seamless collaboration across cross functional teams: planning, accounts, creative, a&i, website

qualifications :

8+ years leading a team in a strategic and executional digital media environment, paid search, social and programmatic  Strong understanding of digital privacy landscape, solutions and technology providers Experience working on national large scale performance driven clients: automotive, financial, retail, telco is an asset Proven advanced understanding of SA360 / Adwords, Bing, Programmatic platforms, including social platforms. and their APIs, scripting systems  Experience working with Programmatic Partners, (Viewability, Brand Safety etc) Experience Working with Audience Data Strategies for Clients  Experience with Google suite, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, GA4, SQL, PHP, ActionScript, Java Understanding of role of SEO a benefit Strong understanding project management platforms such as smartsheet, trello, asana Strong understanding of performance digital media workflows and processes Strong presentation skills required
