Director, Property Management
Dive deep into the realm of property management with a role that spans across Ontario and Quebec, overseeing a distinguished residential portfolio. This position is perfect for individuals with a robust background in property management or those aspiring to elevate their careers in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Team Leadership: Direct and develop a team of property management professionals to ensure operational excellence. Participate in hiring, training, and coaching, setting high standards and accountability.
Operations Management: Craft annual operating plans and budgets, supervise major contracts, and ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Monitor financial performance and operational efficiency, implementing strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and profitability.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations, including the Residential Tenancies Act.
A minimum of 8 years in management within the property or hotel management sectors.
Bachelors degree in business, hospitality, or related field; Proven leadership capabilities with strong mentoring and people management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a talent for operational management and strategic planning.
