Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, including processing credit card statements and direct deposit invoices.

• Conduct regular invoice entries into accounting software.

• Display professional judgment in handling financial records and invoices.

• Ensure the correct coding of invoices and maintain accuracy in financial records.

• Handle repairs and maintenance invoices, and identify capital invoices.

• Manage the process for staff reimbursements and direct deposits.

• Oversee a monthly cheque run

• Compile invoices, email for approvals

• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in accounts payable by utilizing problem-solving skills.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Sage 300 for data entry and account reconciliation.


• Possession of a minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Sage 300 software is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
