Accounts Payable Specialist

At Venturis Capital Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Coquitlam, BC. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credits.
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve invoice-related issues and ensure timely payment.
- Prepare and process expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records, using Microsoft Dynamics AX and Concur.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Accounting degree or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Concur is an asset.
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $44,600 to $54,500 per year.
