**Accounts Payable Clerk**

**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all invoices received throughout the organization are processed properly as well as processing all business-related expense claims generated by employees while conducting business on behalf of the Organization.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Enter and code PO and Non-PO invoices into ERP System
- High volume data entry
- Follow-up with vendors and branches on invoice issues
- Investigate and resolve Accounts Payable Discrepancies between PO’s and AP invoices
- Statement and purchase order reconciliations
- Cheque/Electronic payment matching
- Other duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess or is working towards an education in Accounting, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable
- Superior Microsoft Office skills with experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Concur will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication, customer service and multitasking skills
- Must be accurate, organized, and highly detailed-oriented
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Able to work with minimum supervision
