**The Opportunity**

Leavitt Machinery is looking for an organized and detail-oriented **Accounts Payable Clerk** to join our team as a hybrid employee in **Coquitlam, British Columbia**. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices received throughout the organization are processed properly, as well as processing all business-related expense claims generated by employees.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Accounts Payable Clerk your key responsibilities will include:

- Enter and code PO and Non-PO invoices into ERP System
- High volume data entry
- Follow-up with vendors and branches on invoice issues
- Investigate and resolve Accounts Payable Discrepancies between PO’s and AP invoices
- Statement and purchase order reconciliations
- Cheque/Electronic payment matching
- Other duties as required

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Possess or is working towards an education in accounting or a related discipline
- A minimum of 1 year of related work experience in accounts payable
- Superior Microsoft Office skills with experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, customer service and multitasking skills
- Must be accurate, organized, and highly detailed-oriented
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Concur will be considered an asset
- Able to work with minimum supervision
