As the HR Generalist at Media Graph, you are responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, training, and employee relations. Additionally, you ensure compliance with employment laws, handle HR administration tasks, develop and update HR policies, and collaborate with management on HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and confidential manner.
Manage payroll processing, HR-related paperwork and maintain employee records.
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation.
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including record-keeping, reporting, and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Promoting a positive work environment and addressing any concerns raised by employees.
Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building.
Develop End of Year and Mid-Year review & evaluation of the employee, build carrier path and implement training & education plan.
Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and coordinating professional development opportunities for employees/managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes.
Qualifications
Fully bilingual (French & English)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

En tant que généraliste RH chez Media Graph, vous êtes responsable du recrutement, de l'intégration des employés, de l'administration des avantages sociaux, de la gestion des performances, de la formation et des relations avec les employés. En outre, vous veillez au respect de la législation du travail, vous vous occupez des tâches administratives liées aux ressources humaines, vous élaborez et mettez à jour les politiques en matière de ressources humaines et vous collaborez avec le gestionnaire à l'élaboration de stratégies en matière de ressources humaines conformes aux objectifs de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités
Agir en tant que point de contact de confiance pour les employés, en répondant aux demandes, aux préoccupations et aux conflits de manière opportune et confidentielle.
Gérer le traitement des salaires, la paperasserie liée aux ressources humaines et tenir à jour les dossiers des employés.
Maintenir et améliorer les programmes d'avantages sociaux, y compris la rémunération, l'assurance maladie, le remboursement des frais et les vacances.
Gérer le processus de recrutement, y compris la publication des offres d'emploi, la sélection des CV, la conduite des entretiens et la prise de décisions en matière d'embauche.
Se faire le champion du processus d'intégration en veillant à ce qu'il soit de haute qualité et à jour, et apporter aux employés la clarté et la connexion nécessaires pour que leur rôle serve la vision globale de l'entreprise.
Veiller au respect de la législation et de la réglementation en matière d'emploi, notamment en ce qui concerne la tenue des dossiers, l'établissement de rapports et la mise en œuvre de politiques et de procédures visant à atténuer les risques juridiques.
Traiter les questions relatives aux relations avec les employés, y compris les conflits, les griefs et les mesures disciplinaires. Promouvoir un environnement de travail positif et répondre à toute préoccupation soulevée par les employés.
Identifier et recommander des améliorations aux procédures opérationnelles standard internes, y compris la restructuration de l'équipe et le renforcement du moral.
Élaborer un examen et une évaluation de l'employé en fin d'année et en milieu d'année, établir un plan de carrière et mettre en œuvre un plan de formation et d'éducation.
Identifier les besoins en formation, organiser des sessions de formation et coordonner les opportunités de développement professionnel pour les employés/gestionnaires afin d'améliorer leurs compétences et leurs connaissances.
Élaborer et mettre à jour les politiques et procédures en matière de ressources humaines afin de les aligner sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et les exigences légales, en utilisant les systèmes de ressources humaines existants ainsi que les processus améliorés ou recommandés.
Qualifications
Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais)
Licence en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines, avec un accent sur les fonctions de généraliste en ressources humaines.
Solide connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de ressources humaines, du droit du travail et de la réglementation.
Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de relations interpersonnelles et de résolution de problèmes.
Capacité à préserver la confidentialité et à traiter des informations sensibles avec discrétion.
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
