Job Description

We’re looking for Manager - DEIB (Global Talent Practices & Governance) to join Procore’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging team. In this role, you’ll work closely with key internal stakeholders to support the integration of DEIB across the employee lifecycle, to identify gaps and opportunities, drive inclusive talent practices and manage DEIB governance globally.

As a Manager - DEIB, you’ll partner with teams across the Global Talent Organization (GTO) - Talent acquisition, Talent development, Total rewards to develop programs and initiatives to attract, develop, retain and engage a highly diverse and talented workforce.

This role requires deep understanding and expertise across DEIB, Human resources and an ability to lead and engage in multiple key projects simultaneously.

This position reports into Sr. Manager - Global DEIB and will be based in our Toronto, CA office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and influence cross functional teams / partners to embed DEIB into people programs and policies globally

  • Confidently navigate the different needs of our internal partners and empower everyone to see their work through the lens of DEIB

  • Lead the preparation and collaboration of DEIB governance globally,  incl. identifying stakeholders and understanding reporting requirements in different countries

  • Analyze data using Visier to uncover valuable insights for the business

  • Own and maintain the project portfolio related to the top DEIB strategic initiatives

  • Identify and evaluate DEIB awards and lead participation efforts with key stakeholders

  • Improve and report on the KPIs that measure the effectiveness and success of Procore’s DEIB talent practices

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years of strong global understanding and experience of DEIB, including working with different HR functions 

  • Strong acumen of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging concepts and DEIB compliance

  • Experience developing, designing, and delivering global diversity and inclusion initiatives and communications

  • Effective program/project management skills with experience driving multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Knowledge and experience in data and insights as they pertain to solving business problems 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and drive cross functional projects with different stakeholders

  • Highly organized, persuasive and collaborative

  • Strong work ethic, effective problem solving, decision making and conflict resolutions skills
