**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and best practices across various aspects of HR to then act as input for the overall Talent strategy and strategic initiatives
- Project Manage current talent initiatives (Learning and Development, AI, Mobility, Talent Brand etc) to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Support and guide various Talent community of practices by facilitating regular calls and ensuring the progress of priorities
- Manage the collection, access and dissemination of best practices developed across the world in a cohesive manner utilizing Sharepoint as a tool and with data privacy measures guiding the approach
- Convert ideas and mini projects within different Talent areas into actionable plans
- Create and share insights with the broader Talent community in a monthly newsletter or webinar style presentation
- Create a collaborative environment across teams and regions to foster innovation in the talent community
- Strong background in Talent strategy, Human Capital consulting, Talent Development, Project Management and related areas with a deep passion for innovation and ideation along with the ability to transform ideas into action
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and internal and external best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also create a collaborative environment for disparate teams to come together
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive impactful changes
- Knowledge of Talent Management practices and strategies
- Ability to manage and juggle multiple projects with varying priorities
- Multiregional or Global HR experience
- Change management experience
- Ability to communicate across cultures and languages
- Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills

Pay: $90.00-$120.00 per year
