Job Summary
A Lead Generation specialist is responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Responsibilities & duties:
Research companies to create strategic communication plans Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email (including cold calling) Research and maintain lead generation database Conduct customer research Provide accurate and timely information to management Develop a strong knowledge of the companys products and services in order to facilitate the sales processSkills required:
Excellent English communication (verbal and written) Experience with cold calling Experience with research and maintaining databases Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in using CRM; Experience using Salesforce is an advantage Strong project and time management skills-
