Pay Rate: $19/h

 

Position Summary:

 

A Signal office coordinator will to responsible for day to day office tasks include greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office and they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements. In addition, they will be responsible for taking and dispatching the calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Will conduct and deliver various dedicated services that reflect the company’s values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with instructions.
  • Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.

  • Assess situation and prioritize calls.

  • Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.

  • Ability to Can check and approve daily reports done by dedicated officers. 
  • The Ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations

  • Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship while striving to provide peace of mind.

  • Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment in ofiice include uniform inventory and soing audits, etc.

  • Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.

  • Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations.
