Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide high levels of customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the dispatch team, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks as required.
  • Dispatch Support: Assist with dispatch operations, including tracking packages and resolving customer complaints.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
