Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our team at AAA Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the maintenance of employee databases, including enrollment and group insurance.
  • Coordinate badge requests and ensure timely processing of requests.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including requisitions, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Produce or coordinate various reports, including financial and operational reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve set objectives.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Accounting, or Office Administration.
  • Proficient in operating within computerized environments, including CRM systems, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on internal customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
