Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Transcrire et rédiger des lettres, des textes, des tableaux ou des présentations à partir de notes, d’enregistrements ou de manuscrits.
Aider à la préparation des budgets et effectuer la saisie informatique des données.
Concevoir certains rapports, en assurer leur mise à jour, les imprimer et les distribuer.
Recevoir et acheminer les appels téléphoniques, fournir les renseignements d’usage, s’il y a lieu, prendre en note les messages et accueillir les visiteurs.
Assister à des comités, rédiger les comptes rendus et voir à la planification et au suivi des divers comités.
Préparer les comptes de dépenses et les autorisations de débours.
Tenir à jour l’agenda du directeur, les dossiers et les registres.
Assurer la logistique d’événements spéciaux de la direction.
Recevoir, ouvrir, trier et distribuer le courrier.
Saisir les permis d’absences de tous les employés de la direction.
Vos talents et vos qualifications :
Diplôme d’études professionnelles en bureautique ou secrétariat.
1 an d'expérience en secrétariat ou en administration.
