Job Description Preparation of dialysis machines and related supplies for patient treatments in unit and acute settings Cleaning and sanitization of the dialysis equipment. Obtaining patients' weight and vital sign information pre and post dialysis. Documentation of clinical activities Maintaining stock of medical and surgical supplies. Performing chlorine testing on water samples Transport of patients. Other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Post-Secondary diploma in any STEM field preferred Renal Assistant Certificate an asset Must have strong mechanical aptitude Customer-service oriented Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of sterile/aseptic techniques The physical ability to lift and handle supplies and equipment independently with weights of up to 35 kg Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team Must be able to work across different locations Satisfactory employment and attendance record

Additional Information

Hours:  Monday - Sunday various rotating shifts - Days & Evenings - 8 and 12 hour shifts (Hours subject to change based on operational needs)
