Key Responsibilities- Prepare dialysis machines and supplies for patient treatments
- Clean and sanitize dialysis equipment
- Obtain patients' weight and vital sign information pre and post dialysis
- Document clinical activities
- Maintain stock of medical and surgical supplies
- Perform chlorine testing on water samples
- Transport patients
- Post-Secondary diploma in any STEM field preferred
- Renal Assistant Certificate an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of sterile/aseptic techniques
- Physical ability to lift and handle supplies and equipment independently
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The ability to work across different locations is essential.
