Main ActivitiesCompensation:Support the development of our compensation philosophy and strategy, in alignment with our goals;Develop and produce client-ready reports on an ad-hoc and cyclical basis on competitive market trends and internal equity in alignment with our compensation philosophy;Develop and maintain market benchmarking framework and databases to drive efficiencies;Own the annual survey submission process and timelines, maintaining relationships with survey vendors and/ or compensation consultants;Provide compensation advice to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners, and People Managers;Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Business Leaders to conduct ad-hoc and cyclical analyses and create reports;Lead the analysis for the annual year-end compensation cycle, ranging from analyses, determining salary adjustments and bonus amounts, updating the funding models, managing the compensation module, training managers, etc.;Analyze, review, and design various incentive programs to drive performance;Participate in projects, engaging multiple stakeholders in the flow of information and assignments;Participate in special projects related to compensation, such as mergers and acquisitions, organization design, and compensation system implementation.People Analytics:Partner with the Director, Compensation and the HR Team to support deliverables for HR projects, including the ability to frame key issues, conduct analysis, and communicate insights to stakeholdersProvide insights and support projects to drive business decisions and measure success of programs and initiatives (e.g., analyze exit survey results; analyze key drivers of performance, engagement survey results, etc.);Support the completion of cyclical analytics and reports for Board meetings and executive meetings, as well as ad-hoc reports for the CHRO;Participate in HR projects to support both quantitative and qualitative analyses;Serve as the point of contact for HR cross-functionally to calculate and report data for various compliance and analytics purposes.Let's talk about challenges

Identify innovative ways of conducting analytics to support the broader HR functions and prioritiesDocument methods of analysis for business continuity purposes and in alignment with best market practicesLook beyond analytics to augment recommendations, insights, and findings using creative methods of qualitative analysisOwn and improve the compensation market benchmarking database and framework on an ongoing basisLet's talk about you
