About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team at Equitable Bank. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our compensation philosophy and strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain market benchmarking frameworks and databases to drive efficiencies and inform compensation decisions.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners to provide compensation advice and support.
  • Lead the analysis for the annual year-end compensation cycle, including salary adjustments and bonus amounts.
  • Analyze and design various incentive programs to drive performance and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and Business Leaders to conduct ad-hoc and cyclical analyses and create reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Compensation, with a strong understanding of compensation and people analytics theories and practices.
  • Ability to interpret and apply quantitative and qualitative data to derive people and organizational insights.
  • Strong affinity for analytics and communication of relevant insights.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
