They are one of Torontos fastest growing startups andare looking for Sales Development Representatives to join theirsalesteam

  • Onboardinginbound sales inquiries (email phone chat) to ensure they areutilizing the platform to it s full potential
  • Guidingnew customers through onboarding setup and implementation you arethe primary point of contact
  • Collaborateclosely with marketing sales and customer success
  • Maintainaccurate documentation of client interactions onboarding progressfeedback etc.
  • Proactivelyupselling customers to ensure they are activating the productsduring the onboarding phase
  • Staycurrent with industry trends and competitor offerings to providebetter service Act as a product expert so you can communicatefeatures and benefits tocustomers


Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Finance or a related field(preferred).
  • Provenexperience in client onboarding customer success or a similar rolewithin a startup space (bonus points if it s inFinTech)
  • Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills with a customerfirst mindsetand the ability to build rapport with diverse clientprofiles
  • Detailorientedand organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiencyin CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Aneagerness to learn develop and actively contribute in acollaborative teamsetting
