Job Overview

This role requires a highly skilled and organized individual to efficiently onboard clients globally across all products. The successful candidate will provide a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring clients feel valued, supported, and empowered to fully utilize our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vetting and approving prospect applications or newly contracted clients for our Public Relations line of business.
  • Setting up new approved account applications in our various platforms.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for prospects until their account is approved.
  • Communicating clearly with prospects via phone and email.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing position.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, a curated learning library with over 8,000 free courses, and diversity-inclusive employee resource groups.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires occasional overtime during high-volume periods. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in and leading additional projects as required.
