Job Description

The Global Client Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in providing a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and empowered to fully utilize our products and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Vetting and approving prospect applications or newly contracted clients looking to disseminate press releases within our Public Relations line of business.
  • Performing account research on organizations interested in doing business with us.
  • Setting up new approved account applications in our various platforms.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for prospects until their account is approved.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing position and customer service experience in a similar setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements. We seek candidates who are project-oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to work occasional overtime during high volume periods.
