We are currently looking for a **3PL Warehouse Project Manager **to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.
**HYBRID WORK MODEL: Work in the office at 1280 Courtneypark Drive E, Mississauga every Monday and Wednesday. Work from home Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.**
**Travel within GTA (20%) to: Mississauga, Brampton, Bolton.**
**Must have a car and a valid driver's license.**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Act as the project manager for Customer Onboarding/Exiting and Continuous Improvement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, from project initiation through planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
- Lead project kick-off and discovery to identify, evaluate and define project needs and scope.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive project plans to assure deliverables are attained within budget, timeline and varied project objectives as defined by Project Directive, business requirements, arrangement of project team, project metrics design, KPI’s and reporting.
- Supervise and control project milestones, tasks, scope, timelines, expenses, and risks impacting projects.
- Manage risks, develop risk mitigation plan and risk strategy.
- Develop business process integration communication plans, coordinate status calls, facilitate update meetings with the project team members, stakeholders, and project sponsors. Document all progress and outcomes to provide oversight.
- Facilitate resource allocation discussions and coordinate with different teams and managers.
- Establish project goals and objectives and provide guidance to team members.
- Oversee change management within projects, inclusive of ownership of documentation library, process training and communication of plans.
- Assist project team members with defining, detailing, and developing business processes inclusive of process flow diagrams and layouts, work instructions, operating procedures, etc.
- Support Operations Teams onsite during critical project phases as required.
- Identify and make recommendations for areas of continuous improvement by evaluating current activities, tolls and processes for profitability, efficiency, effectiveness and process design. Present the recommendations to the internal and external stakeholders.
- Request, obtain, analyze large sets of data from internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Represent the Manager, Client Implementations in internal and external meetings as required.
- Provide guidance and expert knowledge on special projects as requested.

**What You Bring to the Role**:
- University Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Statistical Analysis or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management in 3PL warehousing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience doing supply chain data analysis with large data sets.
- PMP designation is an asset.
- Experience dealing with senior level internal and external contacts.
- Broad understanding of the North American supply chain industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Advance computer skills required in Excel i.e. IF statements, v-look up, pivot tables.
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management System’s (WMS), e.g., HighJump, SAP.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a team environment.
- Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely internal and external customer service.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Work well under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
