We're on the lookout for a dynamic 3PL Logistics Sales Representative to join a leading packaging manufacturing company based in Mississauga, Ontario. If you're passionate about driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and exploring new opportunities in the Logistics/Packaging industry, this could be the perfect role for you. As the go-to 3PL Logistics Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in managing existing accounts, identifying upselling opportunities, and spearheading new business development initiatives

**Position Description**:
Manage Existing Accounts: Cultivate strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling within existing accounts, offering additional products or services to meet evolving needs.

New Business Development: Conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential new business prospects, conduct cold calls and visit potential clients in-person.

Customer Focus: Tailor solutions to meet the unique 3PL & Freight requirements of each customer.

Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services.

Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with key decision-makers and influencers to drive business growth.

**Experience**:
Proven track record in 3PL Logistics (or Freight) sales.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
At least 3 years of experience in outside sales

Knowledge of the Logistics industry is advantageous
- A existing book of accounts is an absolute asset and would lead to a higher salary consideration_

Demonstrated success in acquiring new business

Proven ability to boost sales and achieve sales targets

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Keen attention to detail and strong technical proficiency are essential

Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Post-secondary degree, diploma, or relevant sales coursework is beneficial

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in cultivating and maintaining professional relationships

Sound judgment and effective decision-making skills

G license and your own vehicle is a must
