In this position, you will working for EllisDon's Equipment Division - .

You as an   Oxford Builders Office Administrator will:

Assist in processing purchase orders and work orders Process all vehicle work orders and email AP invoice copies to fleet management. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivables and billings Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional & courteous manner Compile customer invoices together for monthly progress draw submission. Proofread work for errors and make appropriate corrections as needed. Handle all office related purchasing & suppliers Other office admin duties as assigned

Is this the right role for you?

You have a post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field, 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role You are proficient with the MS Office suite and have moderate to strong skills in Word and Excel You have a strong attention to detail You have the ability to identify issues and problem solve solutions You are comfortable working in a shop environment (Oxford Builders London Shop)
