Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at FoluOs Law Office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including typing, proofreading, and formatting documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, processing, and verifying applications and receipts.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Organizational and Technical Skills
- Utilize MS Word and MS Excel to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, inventories, and databases.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Personal Suitability
- Adaptability, collaborative, efficiency, hardworking, integrity, quick learner, time management, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
