Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll data and entries.
• Maintain and manage the transition to Pay Works.
• Collaborate with the payroll coordinator to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports related to payroll and data entry.
• Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, and 401k - RRSP Administration.
• Perform auditing tasks to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
• Proactively resolve any issues or inquiries related to payroll.
• Utilize accounting functions to support payroll processing.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce systems
• Understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration
• Ability to use About Time software
• Proficiency in performing Accounting Functions
