Job SummaryWe offer competitive compensation for this role, with an estimated annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing advanced analytics capabilities to help the team and business succeed, interpreting complex union agreement language, and maintaining various financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in various financial systems.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in payroll operations, preferably with certification through the Canadian Payroll Association.
- Post-secondary education in a related field such as computer science, human resources, or data analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
