ANBL is currently going through a multi-year business transformation project called Project Galileo. This project will change who ANBL is to its customers, its partners, and to New Brunswick. Project Galileo will advance our business, allowing for efficient decision making based on reliable data, and greater visibility of business conditions. It will unlock the potential of the business by improving how it operates to source/supply/sell beverage alcohol ensuring that it has the “right product” in the “right place” at the “right time” to meet the customer expectation across all sales channels.

About the position

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the development and delivery of Project Galileo activities. Reporting to the Project Sponsor and working closely with the Program Manager and Organizational Change Management Lead, they will provide administrative assistance in meetings, status updates, and build sessions to keep the team accountable and achieve project milestones.

What will you be doing?

You will participate in a variety of cross-functional project initiatives, including assessments, stakeholder engagement and inventories, communications, training, and feedback loops. In collaboration with the Organizational Change Management team, you will play a hands-on role in the implementation of a Change Agent Network, and regularly collect and organize information to help clarify the changes that will inform communication and training.

Additional responsibilities include

Helping facilitate meetings with project team, sustain team, management, and stakeholders Maintaining and updating Project Galileo resources, including documentation, tools, and presentations Drafting updates, presentations, and status reports Soliciting and gathering feedback through interviews, polls, and surveys Planning logistics for on-site and remote meetings, events, and conferences

Experienced coordinator : You have experience managing, coordinating, and executing priorities in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment Organized and detail-oriented:  You are highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and keep others on track to drive tasks to completion Proactive problem-solver:  You can work with minimal oversight, follow directions in ambiguous situations, and anticipate and resolve problems and issues Communication and confidentiality:  You effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders, demonstrate empathy, and exercise judgement when handling sensitive information Adaptable and resilient:  You have the ability to easily adapt to frequently changing priorities 

What do you need to be successful

Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience 2+ years in a coordination role, with strong organization and time management skills Technically savvy and comfortable with the O365 suite of tools  Familiarity with project management and organizational change management concepts, with an understanding of how people go through change

Location

ANBL Retail Operations Centre in Fredericton, New Brunswick Occasional travel around the province will be required
