Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Manager to become an integral part of our expanding team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in managing design and construction projects related to various buildings and facilities.

  1. Oversee building and facilities projects across diverse sectors such as education, healthcare, and corporate environments.
  2. Establish and maintain robust client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle to fulfill client objectives.
  3. Build trust with clients, ensuring they depend on your knowledge and skills to achieve their business aspirations.
  4. Manage a variety of building projects of differing sizes and complexities.
  5. Ensure client expectations are met or surpassed on all projects, advocating for their best interests regarding contractual and technical matters.
  6. Lead project teams effectively.
  7. Provide guidance and oversight for all aspects of project delivery.
  8. Facilitate project and site meetings, resolving issues and coordinating among multiple stakeholders.
  9. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress.
  10. Offer leadership and mentorship to junior project team members.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, representing owners to various stakeholders in delivering projects of diverse sizes and scopes, particularly in the building and facilities sector.
  2. Experience with public sector projects is advantageous.
  3. A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture, planning, project management, or construction management, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience. Strong understanding of various construction methodologies, project management frameworks, and financial oversight.
  4. Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to influence others and effectively resolve a range of client, project, and technical challenges.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  6. Proficient in computer applications, including scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word), and spreadsheet (Excel) software.
  7. PMP certification is a plus.
